We are your anti-guru’s; real women working under real demands with real, messy, beautiful, imperfect lives who are in the arena with you. We have both suffered enough to understand what it takes to come back and really live. But we’ve also been helping women overcome hormone haywire, get stronger and find their joy for quite a long time.

We have a combined nearly 30 years of experience working with women in a clinical setting and in the gym. Together we’ve coached thousands of women on how to exercise, how to eat and how to think to get from hangry to happy.

Sarah Fragoso is a best-selling author of five Paleo based cookbooks, gym owner, wife, mother to three boys, and mindset coach. Dr Brooke Kalanick ND, MS, LAc is a functional and naturopathic physician (graduate of Bastyr University) specializing in women’s hormones, lover of strength training, mother of two girls and wife of a comedian.

Together they host the HANGRY Podcast, coach women all over the world through their Hangry B*tches program and they co-authored HANGRY but that’s not what makes them experts. They have also been where you are right now and want to tell you that you’ve got this, you really do, and we’re here to help.

Dr Brooke

A licensed Naturopathic (ND) and Functional Medicine doctor, Dr. Brooke attended Seattle, Washington’s Bastyr University, where she earned a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Dr Brooke’s postdoctoral training in women’s health and functional endocrinology as well as her personal battle with PCOS  led her to specialize in female hormone issues including menopause, hypothyroidism (including Hashimoto’s), autoimmunity and endometriosis and of course, PCOS..

She helps women reset their hormones, their heads, and their habits, so they can finally feel at home in their bodies.  She is also the co-host of the Sarah & Dr Brooke podcast and co-author of Hangry.
